Old Fashioned                                                      
  • 1 ½ oz Kuba Awamori
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar—or sugar of your choice
  • 2 dashes of Angustora bitters
  • few dashes of water—to your liking
  • garnish with an orange twist or orange slice
  • Add fresh ice, stir and enjoy

Kona Nightingale
  • 1 ½ oz Aloha Awamori Sugarcane and Ginger
  • 4-6 mint leaves bruised
  • 4 oz  ginger beer or ginger ale
  • Squeeze lime juice
  • Add ice stir until cold. Garnish with lime twist and mint leaves

Awa Sour
  • 2 oz Kuba Awamori
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • Shake with ice then strain into a chilled glass
  • Garnish with an orange slice and Maraschino cherry

Awamori Gimlet
  • 2 oz Aloha Awamori Sugarcane Ginger
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • Stir with fresh ice, serve over rocks or strained
  • Garnish with lime twist

White Okinawan
  • Over fresh ice
  • 2/3 oz Aloha Awamori Coffee awamori
  • 1 2/3 oz  Kuba Awamori
  •  1 oz cream floated on the awamori
  • Garnish with orange twist
  • Stir slowly and enjoy

Awamori Sundae
  • 1 large scoop of your favorite premium ice cream
  • 1 oz Aloha Awamori Kona Coffee flavor poured over ice cream
  • Garnish with coffee beans or grated chocolate

Another Sundae
  • 1 scoop of your favorite premium sherbet
  • 1 oz of Aloha Awamori Sugarcane and Ginger awamori poured over
  • Garnish with chopped candied ginger

Awamori Julep
  • Gently muddle
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, 2teaspoon water and 4 mint leaves
  • Fill glass with ice
  • Add 2 oz Aloha Awamori Sugarcane Ginger awamori or Kuba Awamori

  • To a tall ice filled glass add
  • 2 oz Aloha Awamori Sugarcane Ginger Awamori
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • Stir until chilled then top off with club soda
  • Garnish with lemon twist
